The goal of this ecommerce strategy and planning engagement was to help the Gibson leadership team craft a comprehensive plan to invest in and expand their emerging direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce channel. Following this, Metacake served as consultants, guiding the implementation of the plan and supporting the successful launch of the new Gibson and Epiphone ecommerce stores.
