Unfortunately, most real estate website experiences fall pitifully short of the quality of its products. But, since most prospective homeowners will have their first introduction to the company online, Kohanaiki needed a site that matched its top shelf properties and flawless customer service.

Using Zuzsa, the real estate technology platform we developed over the last 4 years, we were able to design a seamless and visually captivating experience that is accessible from anywhere in the world on any device. Having the flexibility of our own platform allowed us to pull property data from an external source without limiting our ability to tailor Kohanaiki’s specific design and development needs. Thus, users can easily search and save properties, experience them, and act on them. Each user action is then fed into a powerful CRM for the brokers to deeply engage with the potential customers from the very first point of contact.
