Metacake was presented with the challenge of creating a luxury buying experience for their unique market of high profile individuals. We wanted to convey the experience of living on the island, with an enquiry as the end goal.
Using Zuzsa, the real estate technology platform we developed over the last 4 years, we were able to design a seamless and visually captivating experience that is accessible from anywhere in the world on any device. Having the flexibility of our own platform allowed us to pull property data from an external source without limiting our ability to tailor Kohanaiki’s specific design and development needs. Thus, users can easily search and save properties, experience them, and act on them. Each user action is then fed into a powerful CRM for the brokers to deeply engage with the potential customers from the very first point of contact.
